I know i'm a slashaholic when from just watching the first episode of NUMB3RS, i'm seeing tons of slash potential. I have to know if i'm the only one out there who sees it.
Besides that, I have to say I absolutely enjoy the show and that I even got my mother hooked on it, and she barely likes anything on TV anymore (not that I blame her.) I absolutely adore Charlie Eppes and I just *wish* I was that good at math. I've got a learning disability in it which sucks when you realize how much of our world depends on it. Getting back on track, I adore Charlie Eppes completely, from his almost shy demeanor to his fascination with figuring out unsolvable equations to trying to help his brother, Don, solve murders in the most unlikely way, with math.
I adore Don Eppes too, with his almost devil may care attitude at times and the way he helps Charlie, especially during that last episode which I completely forgot the name of but (warning: SPOILER BELOW)
The college kid died by jumping (falling?) off a bridge and Charlie was barely five hundred feet away, and then completing the kid's work and finding out that the very foundation of the Cole (?) building was messed up and would've caused the death of thousands if Charlie didn't figure it out. It ended well.
I do have a question...why is Charlie and Don still living with their father? It doesn't bother me, i'm just curious.

For one, I'm in complete agreement about how good the show is! From the first episode, I was hooked. And, you're not the only one whose a slashaholic, I saw it too! In fact, I'm on a community geared towards fan fiction for the show at livejouranl just because I couldn't help myself I find both brothers absolutely appealing in different ways. Charlie is just, to use a word, adorable. He has a lost puppy feel to him that makes you just want to give him a hug and take him home with you. Don, on the other hand, is forceful; you just know he'll take care of everything. As for living with their father...well...I think Charlie is there because either a. he needs someone to take care of him (i.e. sees that he eats, baths, etc. since he always has his mind on equations) or b. he, originally, didn't want his father to be alone and just ended up staying. As for Don, well, I'm hard pressed to say anything other than a. he originally tried moving out and it just didn't work out because of his pressing schedule (he might never be there so whats the point of having an apartment) or b. he actually lives somewhere else but just ends up coming back home because his father and Charlie are there. That's just my guessing though. Glad to see I'm not the only numb3rs fan out there!

I too enjoy the show. I swear since I really started reading Slash, I see it every where, so you are not alone.
As for the at the home, the first episode Don could not go all the way to his place because of the case, so stopped by to borrow a shirt.
Maybe I have not been paying attention, but I did not realize he was living there, I just thought he stopped by a lot.
Is there an acutal refrence to him living there?
